The 19 teams that are competing to take home the four spots that qualify throughout Asia, Europe, East Asia-Pacific (EAP) and Africa The competition will begin with in the Asia Qualifiers in Malaysia from 3-9 June.
Six teams will compete in the Asia Qualifier - Bhutan, Malaysia, Nepal, Thailand, Qatar, UAE - playing 15 games with the winner guaranteed an invitation to the final competition.

The pathway to that ICC Men's T20 World Cup in 2024 in the USA and the West Indies will kick off in June with the first group of qualifying tournaments from Europe. This marks the start of the journey towards the biggest Men's T20 World Cup, which will be a record-breaking 20 teams.
Eight teams in the top 8 at the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia along with the hosts USA and West Indies will automatically qualify for the marquee event in 2024. The teams that have the second-highest ranking in the ICC Men's T20I Team Rankings as of 14th November 2022 will get the 12 teams automatically qualify for the tournament.
